We are direct vanilla buyers in Madagascar and its sister company in Burgundy-France, We obtained a forest of 40 hectares and growing Vanilla among other indigenous species. Our focus is on sourcing Vanilla from small farmers through our trusted partners, those farmers who grow and cure sustainably produced Black Gourmet quality Vanilla.

The fair price is paid to farmers for green Vanilla as well as cured, all under the control of the relevant authorities to ensure the fair trade

We are exporting directly, shortening the supply chain, thus cutting out the many middlemen who drive up Vanilla prices and lower the quality of the vanilla. By buying at the source, we can guarantee the freshest best quality vanilla at a competitive price.

These fine Vanilla beans come from the regions of Maroantsetra and Mananara, in the east of Madagascar, cultivated by an association of planters. They are then transformed, refined and sorted in respect of traditions and with the greatest care. The bundle is tied with raffia and soft vacuum-packed to preserve all its freshness and not to affect the humidity of the beans. This high quality black vanilla with a length of 18+ cm, a moisture content above 31% and vanillin above 1.6% contains floral and sweet aromas with powerful cocoa notes. Shiny and greasy in appearance, its suppleness makes it easy to work with.
Aside from our Madagascar and France distribution centers, we have distribution offices in Italy, Saudi Arabia and South Africa to pass on our gourmet vanilla directly to our customers.

In Madagascar, we are heavily involved in promoting sustainable, forest-friendly agroforestry and in reforestation projects around the Andasibe rainforest region in eastern Madagascar, home to much endangered wildlife including the Indry-Indry, Madagascar’s largest lemur.

Our gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans are a prime selection of hand-picked and carefully cured vanilla. Considered the world’s gold standard for quality, they are of superior quality, rich, deep, and dark with undertones that are overwhelmingly sweet. Pastry chefs, artisans and gourmets around the world swear by gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans for recipes such as drinks, desserts, ice creams, cakes, candies, flans, gelato, icings and many more uses in the cosmetics and in the food industry.
